448 new cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in the Republic.
Due to the cyber attack on the HSE’s IT systems there’s still no figures available on the number of local cases or Covid-related deaths.

The number of patients in hospital with the virus has dropped to 99 – which has dropped 28 over the previous 48 hours.
There are 41 Covid patients being treated in intensive care.
Meanwhile, NPHET has given the government a positive view on easing more of the Covid-19 restrictions through July.
Health officials met earlier to give advice to government ahead of cabinet decisions being made on Friday.
Ministers will make decisions on indoor dining, live events and international travel.
