Crash on outskirts of Carlow town

Emergency services are dealing with a crash on the outskirts of Carlow town.

It’s happened on the William Dargan Road stretch of the N80 and involves at least two cars.

Gardaí say no major injuries have been reported but it may take until about 10am for the scene to be cleared.

Motorists are asked to avoid the area – which is typically busy this time of the morning with the school run and work commute.
