Local artists have only 3 days left to submit their works for a visual arts competition.
As part of the Carlow Arts Festival, organisers are calling on artists to submit their work and welcome a broad range of material for submission including sculptures, photos, paintings and anything in the visual arts.
3000 euro will be presented to the most outstanding work and 1000 euro awarded to a piece by a recent graduate.
Jo Mangan is the Chair of the Carlow Arts Festival and she says that this year, they are accepting submissions in digital form for the first time.
