Updated (9:50am, Wed 2nd Sept) to reflect amended figures for Carlow by Depaul.
Depaul successfully supported 77 adults in Carlow to exit homelessness last year: that’s one of the key figures included in its 2025 Impact Report, which has been published this week.
The report (which you can read in full here) also shows that 35 service users in the county reported significant mental health support needs with 4 incidents of suicidal ideation and five of self-harm responded to by local teams. Six overdoses were recorded with staff administering Naloxone to save a life.
While 1,065 keyworking sessions delivered by frontline staff in Carlow to manage mental health, substance use and housing stability.
