Around 14 million euro has been allocated to Carlow and Kilkenny LEADER groups.
The announcement was made this afternoon by Minister Alan Kelly and Minister of State for Rural Affairs, Ann Phelan.

6.4 million euro will be going to Carlow, while Kilkenny has been allocated 7.7 million.
Speaking to KCLR, Minister Phelan, says the money will give a much-needed boost to local communities.
