It’s understood one person had to be cut from their car following a three-car collision at the Royal Oak Junction on the Carlow Road this afternoon.
It happened shortly after half past 3.
Gardaí, three ambulances, and the fire service all attended the scene.
No-one was badly injured but a number of people were treated for shock at the scene.
There had been a stop-go system in place at that junction at the moment but it’s expected to be fully clear before 6pm.
