A liquidator’s been appointed by the High Court this after an application by a former worker.
The Callan nursing home was closed in 2011 due to health and safety concerns but redundancy, holiday pay and other money is still owed to the staff.
Liquidator Declan DeLacey of PFK O’Connor Leddy & Homes says all the employees should get in touch to find out what they’re likely to get.
