It's reported that JLL is handling the sale of the centre which is in receivership
The Fairgreen Shopping Centre in Carlow is back on the market.
The Irish Times reports this morning that JLL is handling the sale of the centre which is in receivership. (See brochure below).
It was last offered for sale in 2016 for €36million.
A buyer wasn’t found then and now it’s back on the market for nearly €23million.
