Fundraiser tonight in Goresbridge to help with the repatriation of Kevin Kelly who died earlier this month

Efforts continue in Goresbridge to help raise enough money to cover the costs of the repatriation of a local man.

Kevin Kelly, who was from Goresbridge, was killed in the UK following an altercation on the 1st of May on his way home from a night out.

£7,500 has already been raised by friends and family after a crowd funding page was set up to help raise the money.

Caroline Barcoe was a close friend of Kevin’s, and she told KCLR that tonight’s fundraiser in Maher’s pub is to help get Kevin home.
