Gardaí urge locals in Carlow and Kilkenny to make a pledge in conjunction with the RSA

The Gardaí in Carlow and Kilkenny are currently in the middle of their policing campaign as the summer continues.

It aims to make the roads safer for everyone who uses them.

This week in conjunction with the RSA’s ‘Make a pledge’ campaign, local Gardaí are calling on you to make your own pledge.

Sergeant Michelle Byrne from Carlow Garda Station wants drivers to make a pledge this week – whether it’s to turn off your phone while driving, or wear a high-viz jacket while out walking.
