Government not in tune with public feeling says Carlow Sinn Fein Councillor

A Carlow Sinn Fein councillor says the Government hasn’t done enough to quell public unrest over water charges.
The government has confirmed that the fees will be capped at 60 euro per household for at least four years.
Homes with a single adult will have their bills capped at 160 euro a year – but household that don’t register will be given standard bills of 260 euro a year.
