Hello Carlow, How are you?

Carlow Mental Health Association says just having a quick conversation with someone is enough to help them when they’re feeling down.

Mental Health Awareness is the major topic of discussion in the county today as the “Hello Carlow, how RU” initiative takes place.

You’re been asked to ask that very question to your family, friends or workmates today and a stand is being set up in the Fairgreen Shopping Centre.

Joanne Donoghue says when it comes to mental health, every little thing can help. They’re handing out conversation cards to locals to get people talking.
