A breakfast briefing is getting underway in Kilkenny shortly.
Home Building Finance Ireland’s financially assisted with the provision of new home delivery with nine schemes across the southeast, including one each in Carlow and Kilkenny which between them have 148 units.
David O’Doherty is a senior business development manager with HBFI and says typically their offering gets a good response:
“We’ve approved almost a billion and a half of loans to date. We’re in 22 counties. We’ve advanced facilities for about 65 different projects. We haven’t done enough business in Carlow and Kilkenny to date. So I’m anxious to see and meet developers who are looking at new opportunities this morning in Hotel Kilkenny. And we also have people from Tuath Housing Association and also the First Homes Equity Scheme who will also be presenting at the event.”
