A new house has been targeted by opportunistic thieves in recent days.
This latest incident saw an oil burner that was installed at the rear of a house under construction in Augha in Bagenalstown stolen.
It happened sometime between 6pm on Sunday evening and 8.30am on Monday morning.
Cable and other items have been stolen from local building sites in recent weeks.
