Hundreds of local students to be conferred at WIT this week

Hundreds of local students will graduate from Waterford IT in the next few days.

11 Conferring ceremonies get underway today with 2 and a half thousand students collecting their academic scrolls between now and Wednesday.

The majority of the students are from Waterford but 310 of them are from Kilkenny.
