Illegal dumping ‘an absolute scourge’ according to Carlow County Council CEO

The CEO of Carlow County Council says Illegal dumping is blighting the community.

The local authority has implemented a CCTV scheme which aims to deter, prevent, detect and prosecute cases of littering and illegal dumping across the County.
