Investigation underway into alleged assault on Kilkenny Carlow border on Saturday night
Anybody who was in the area at the time is asked to contact Gardaí
An allegation of assault in Tinnahinch on Saturday night is under investigation by local Gardaí.
A large fight reportedly broke out on the roadside and a man in his forties was taken to hospital with cuts to his head and face.
Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to contact them in Graignamanagh.
