WE’RE HIRING — HORTICULTURIST
Full time · Permanent · Remuneration based on experience
Our new garden centre in Callan has just opened, and we are looking for a Horticulturist to help us grow it from the ground up.
This is a role for someone who knows plants inside out and understands the business side too — caring for our living stock, building the range season by season, merchandising the site, and giving our customers advice they can genuinely trust.
What we need from you:
• A horticultural qualification, or extensive professional experience — essential. We need both real plant knowledge and commercial understanding.
• Full flexibility to work 5 days over 7, including weekends — essential.
• Confident, practical plant knowledge across a broad range.
• Strong communication skills and a real interest in helping customers.
• Garden centre, nursery or retail horticulture experience is an advantage.
