Bernard Fitzpatrick joins Eimear on KCLR Live to tell us about the death of his wife Tracey Campbell Fitzpatrick, following her death at St. Luke’s Hospital shortly after the couples son Max was born there almost five years ago.

Earlier this week the HSE and St. Luke’s Hospital gave an unreserved apology for the failings in Tracey’s care.
