Kilkenny is gearing up for Ireland’s main international women’s cycling race, Rás na mBan.
The 20th edition gets underway this afternoon, with 22 teams from 14 nations taking part across six stages over five days.
Riders will gather at the Hoban Hotel from 2o’clock this afternoon before the official start at 2.20pm:
People are invited to attend early with road closures from 2pm to 7pm.
