With Carlow’s Christmas parking arrangements announced earlier this week, Kilkenny County Council have now set out their stall.
Parking at the Market Yard will be free between 9am and 12noon from December the 11th to the 14th, and again from the 18th to the 21st.

There’ll be no charge at all then between Christmas day and the 28th of December.
The 130 spaces at the County Hall carpark on John’s Street will be open and free to use from 8.30am to 6.30pm every weekend in December.
It’ll also be free on Wednesday the 27th and Thursday the 28th.
