A Kilkenny councillor’s calling for a clamp-down on noise pollution in the city centre.

Seán Ó hArgáin tabled a motion which was unanimously passed at the city municipal district meeting seeking to engage with entertainment providers and for the local authority to have greater powers of enforcement.
