One man was arrested in Kilkenny last night after testing positive for drug driving.
Gardaí were carrying out what they call a super checkpoint at Ossory bridge on the Ring road.
The young man was the only person arrested during the operation when he tested positive for Benzodiazepines.
He was taken to Kilkenny Garda station for further testing.
