Wexford are this year’s Leinster intermediate hurling championship after a 2-11 to 0-14 win over Kilkenny last night in Nowlan park.
The visitors enjoyed a 1-8 to 0-4 lead after Jamie Reck’s early goal helped them build up a sizeable lead.
However Kilkenny drew level in the 50th minute before Redmond Barry struck for the game’s crucial score to seal the county’s second win in the stadium in 4 days.
