A Kilkenny school has walked away with the top prize in the South Region in the Junk Kouture competition.
Over 80 secondary school students sported their designs fashioned from junk on stage in the 3 Arena in Dublin for the finals.

While the overall prize was won by Elphin Secondary School in Roscommon, the students of Castlecomer Community School didn’t go away empty handed as they took home 1st prize in the south region.
The name of their entry was Genesis Reborn.
