A Kilkenny woman is hosting a wellie race today, but it’s up the Alps.
Rosaleen Crotty has taken inspiration from the annual event in Castlecomer and is running the race in Moos, St Gallen in Switzerland.

It took place at 1 o’clock Irish time this afternoon.
Rosaleen told KCLR that she tried to get it going in Germany where she lives now, but they didn’t go for it.
