Marcus Lawler enjoyed success on and off the track over the weekend.
The I.T Carlow student broke his own national record in the 200 meters at the Irish University Athletics Indoor Championships in Athlone on Friday
On Saturday night he picked up the juvenile athlete of the year award and the excellence in sprinting award as well as Carlow athlete of the year in Tullamore.
