A local Fianna Fail Councillor says there is an issue with anti-social behaviour in some housing estates.
Jennifer Murnane O’Connor says the problem is noticabale in some estates in Carlow town and across the county.
According to Jennifer, some families are being persecuted in their homes and she says there’s nothing being done about it.
