Man due in court following fatal road crash in County Wexford

A man’s due in court today following a fatal road crash in County Wexford.

The collision involving a van and jeep happened on the N25 at Ballykelly, near Drinagh, at about 1 o’clock yesterday, Sunday, morning.

The van driver, a man aged in his sixties, died at the scene.

A man aged in his forties was arrested on suspicion of offences under the Road Traffic Act – he’s since been charged and is due to appear before Wexford District Court this morning.
