A man will appear before Carlow District Court this afternoon in relation to Friday’s Drugs seizure

One man will appear before a special sitting of Carlow District Court at 4 o’clock this afternoon.

It’s in relation to the drugs seizure at a house in Borlum Wood, on the Green Road in Carlow town.

Gardaí discovered €220,000 worth of cannabis herb and plants at the house on Friday evening.

The two other men arrested in relation to the seizure were released without charge, and a file is being prepared for the DPP.
