The Health & Safety Authority has confirmed they’re investigating a death in County Carlow.
It’s after a man in his mid 40s died yesterday afternoon at Rathoran, Bagenalstown

The lorry driver is understood to have been unloading concrete slabs onto the first floor of a private house and was blown down by a gust of wind.
He was rushed to St Luke’s Hospital but later died of his injuries.
