Medication and footwear were among items taken from a north Kilkenny home.
The break-in happened on Monday, 26th February.
Sgt Conor Egan has been telling KCLR News that it took place; “Sometime between 6:30am in the morning and 6:15pm that evening and it happened in the Woodsgift area of Urlingford”
He adds “In this instance the injured party returned home to find the house had been ransacked, a number of items were stolen from within including footwear and medication”.
Sgt Egan notes that; “Entry was gained via the rear bathroom window and exit would also appear to be via the bathroom window, there was damage done to the, obviously, to the window on entry”.
