The green light has been given for a new housing estate in Kilkenny.
Kilsion Limited had applied for permission in October last year for 12 houses to be built at Middleknock on the Sion Road.
There’ll be three two-storey five-bedroom houses, and the remaining nine will be four-beds.
Planning permission has now been granted by the county council.
