NTA chief says they are happy to work with locals on finding solution to bus saga

The Chief executive of the National Transport authority says they’re happy to be working with locals on trying to find a solution to the plans to axe bus services.

Ann Graham is before the Dails transport committee today where she and Bus Eireann representatives are taking questions on the discontinuation of certain expressway services.

Castlecomer and Athy are in line to lose out when route 7 changes but its been delayed for now until June while a working group holds discussions to try and find an alternative.

Ann Graham said this morning they are fully supportive of that.
