Plans for over 40 new houses in Paulstown

There are plans to build 42 new houses in Paulstown, in Kilkenny.

A planning application’s been lodged to significantly expand an existing estate at Whitehall.

The main part of the new development would consist of twenty-two 3 bed semi-detached houses.

There’s also a terrace of smaller homes and apartment buildings.
