Kilkenny is to the fore in forging ties between Ireland and Poland.
So says the Ambassador of Ireland to Poland, Emer O’Connell as the programme’s been announced for the Polska Éire 2021.
The festival’s a virtual one this year, broadcasting worldwide on the Twilight European Network (TEN) YouTube Channel and can be enjoyed via here.
