Positive Cocaine Test for Motorist in Carlow

Five motorists in the Kilkenny Carlow Garda Division were arrested for driving under influence of an intoxicant over the weekend.

One of them tested positive for cocaine in Carlow on Saturday.

Another driver, arrested in Mooncoin on Sunday afternoon, was over the legal limit for alcohol and he was charged to Waterford District Court.  He also had no insurance.
