So that’s it – the summer’s officially over as a number of schools return for the new academic year.
Just as the weather’s turned, doors will open for pupils and students at premises on differing dates between today and next Tuesday.
If you’re heading out on the roads be mindful that traffic will start to pick up this morning and watch out for those on foot or bicycle.
