Severe Fog Warning Issued for Carlow, Kilkenny & 16 other counties

A status orange fog warning has been issued for Carlow & Kilkenny.

Met Eireann says the “severe weather alert” for both counties is in effect from 11pm tonight (Monday, April 8).

Also impacted are Laois, Wexford, Waterford, Kildare, Tipperary, Wicklow, Dublin, Cork, Offaly, Westmeath, Meath, Galway, Clare, Roscommon, Mayo & Limerick.

It will see mist thicken into fog overnight and will be dense at times.

It continues until 7am on Tuesday morning.
