Gardai have described as ‘shocking’ their detection of an uninsured driver speeding on the M9 while appearing to be under the influence of an intoxicant.
The Kilkenny Roads Policing Unit were carrying out a checkpoint in Mullinavat when they clocked the motorist who subsequently was found to have no valid insurance or NCT and failed the drug wipe.
