It’s been a busy few days for the local traffic corps.

Six arrests for drug-driving were made in Carlow and Kilkenny in recent days.

One driver tested positive for cocaine and benzodiazepines after being caught speeding on the m9 motorway in Carlow.

He was later re-arrested for driving the wrong way on a one-way street.
