Someone in Carlow is €100,000 richer after a €3 bet with Boylesports

One local person turned their Good Friday into a Great Friday after placing a €3 bet.

Boylesports have confirmed that a Carlow customer got over €100,000 after placing the bet on four numbers – they were 4, 14, 23 and 33.

The bet was placed on Friday’s EuroMillions draw, when the lucky punter, who wishes to remain anonymous, defied odds of 33,000/1.

That wasn’t the only luck to hit Carlow this weekend, another Carlovian got over €35,000 on the very same draw.
