St Luke’s General Hospital for Carlow and Kilkenny to close its main north entrance for four months
Access to the Emergency Department and Paediatric Department will not be impacted

St Luke’s General Hospital for Carlow and Kilkenny is to close its main north entrance for four months.
It’s to accommodate the continuation of building works at the Ormond Wing where a pavilion with reception area and security facilities will be installed in a bid to create the new main entry point for the facility.
But, until that’s completed, there will be some changes in place from next Tuesday (26th Sept).
All set-down traffic will be directed through the administration car park one-way system with limited set down and wheelchair parking available within this area.
Attendees are asked to follow signage and there’ll be a security person in place to assist – you’re being warned that parking in restricted areas may result in the clamping of cars.
Access to the Emergency Department and Paediatric Department will not be impacted.
