St Lukes Hospital in Kilkenny was one of ten hospitals in the country with no patients on trolleys today.
It comes after the local hospital had the highest number of patients waiting on trolleys at one date in July.
The hospital remained the 6th highest in the country out of 27 for the month.
Among the hospitals with no patients on trolleys included the Midland Regional in Portlaois and South Tipperary General.
