Strike at Carlow Tesco called off

A Strike at the local Tesco in Carlow on Monday been called off for now.

The company has agreed to go into talks with the mandate trade Union at the Workplace Relations Commission next week.

But Mandate says they will keep preaping for action in case the talks next Wednesday break down.

Union official for Carlow Betty Dillon says it’s good news for local staff.
