After yesterday’s semi-final Kilkenny will play Galway in the All Ireland senior hurling final on September 6 while Galway ended the Kilkenny Minor’s bid for All Ireland glory. Kilkenny’s senior camogie side are also out of All Ireland action after yesterday’s battle with Cork. It was also a busy weekend of Carlow hurling action with some football in the mix. The World Handball Championships continue in Calgary with some local success.
