An early morning theft is been investigated in Carlow Town.

A beer keg was stolen from outisde a premises on Tuesday morning between 8am and 11am in Governey Square.

Garda Niamh Doran is appealing to anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the area to contact them at Carlow Garda Station
