There’s hope still for a local bus service as talks resume at WRC

Local Bus Eireann services are running as normal today after strike action was called off.

Efforts to save the Clonmel Dublin service and other Expressway routes will continue when unions talk with management at the company today

Both sides will sit down at the Work Place Relations Commission this morning to try and resolve the dispute over changes to pay and services.

The NBRU announced a ‘4’ Point Plan in advance of the discussions.

Included in that plan is their opposition to any reduction or elimination of routes.
