Thomastown soccer club targeted by thieves

Gardaí are looking for witnesses after a break in at United Park – the grounds of Thomastown United AFC.

The locks on the sheds were cut, a green-coloured Kawasaki quad bike and a quantity of tools were stolen from the local sports club sometime between 4pm and 7pm on Sunday.

Gardaí suspect that the culprits probably had a vehicle with a trailer to take the quad bike away.
