Three Carlow homes fetch well above guide price in Allsop auction

Three houses in a Carlow estate have fetched well above their guide price today at an auction in Dublin.

The latest Allsop space auction is underway in the RDS.

Number 7 The Laurels on the Tullow road sold in the past few minutes for 47 thousand, number 107 went for 55 thousand and number 114 for 52 thousand 500.

All had a guide price of around 30 thousand.

Meanwhile a mixed use property on the Bridge in Thomastown fetched 80 thousand euro .
